Relaxing, stable, easy set up

This product came packaged well, easy to set up just a couple of minutes and I was using this machine. I have been using this for a week 10mins a day and I love it. I purchased to help with leg and hip pain, It has made my knees feel so much better and is relaxing my hips so that the pain has lessoned. I do light upper body weights while on it as well. I have been using the auto setting and it goes from 1-10 in a variable speed and is not to intense, but my inner thighs and hips do start to tingle and go numb at about 7 mins. This machine is very stable and sturdy seems well made. I highly recommend if you are looking for something easy and effective to better circulation and movement in legs!

The size of this machine is nice. Mobility yes yes. The weight of this item is very good. Is strong and fun to use. My leg pain and cramps are gone after 4 days. I use it 3 times a day. Love it.

Get your jiggle on

I would have to dive deeper to see just how long and how much of this machine I'd have to utilize it for before actually losing weight or toning anything but I can tell you this - when I have lower back pain, 3-7 minutes on it makes a world of difference. I really feel it makes a difference through the shoulders too. I wish I was more disciplined to do this daily, I just have a hard time standing anywhere for 10 minutes.
